Wyndham Timeshare – 2 Bedroom Deluxe
Wyndham’s Ocean Walk Resort Towers 1 & 2 were completed in 2001 & 2003.
The timeshare units all had the same floorplan, but the units had different decorating packages.
Originally there were 3 packages, which were distuinguishable be the kitchen counter and bedspread colors.
You were either orange, green or brown. We checked out condo 1516 – a 2/2 deluxe in the south tower to see the latest in timeshare unit decorating packages.
Wyndham began condo updates at the 5 year mark and now 20% of all timeshare units are updated each year.
When you are checking in at the front desk – they don’t keep track of the remodel schedule – so you never know which unit you will get. This is the most up to date package.
The 16 units are in the south tower, above the Ocean Walk Shoppes, great oceanview from this location.
Here is the updated living room. The 1st redecorating muted the bright yellow pain that was on the walls to a muted pumpkin and a gold. This scheme tones the walls to a beige-tan color, with a slight tinge of the gold.
I really liked this new design, it was what I would consider a Euro design. A bit like walking into an IKEA store, but with a funner use of colors.
Colors are bright and airy with purple – brown – beige tones. Modern white furniture choices, subdued sofa color and a bright POP withe the pillows and art.
Dining room table has the updated Euro styling and seating for 8 – a change from the customary 6 that the rooms had provided previously.
The lights have been changed from the older art deco look.
Subdued colors with a splash of color from our wall art.
This kitchen has the same brown counter tops, although they have updated to the raised panel cabinet doors. against the beige walls.
Everything you would need to make a thanksgiving feast – or a qucik meal.
Fully fuctional kitchen with all the comforts of home. The remaining pictures are of the Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

I am interested in this specific condo for 7 or 8 nights in mid to late August. Would I be assured this exact unit if available to rent? I’m a little confused with how this works from all the different things I’ve read about this property. Just trying to find an updated room at this property would be great if you could help.
